a modest proposal

philadelphia schools are failing
they need science and math
the jails are full of drug salesmen while killers are ROR'ed
decriminalize pot
write a curriculum for public schools where they learn hydroponic gardening
thats math and science
thats job creation
when they graduate they will have the skills to make money in this economy
and maybe the price will go down a little
the best of the best can become geneticists and craft the next killer hybrid
philly could be famous
we already decriminalized an ounce and the city is fine
lets take the logical next step and turn the schools into hydroponic weed growth and distribution centers
"the My pharmacy, my school program" where we turn local school into garden based healing ceters
local herbalists on staff
when you graduate from phillys horticultural high schools you will have a license to grow marijuana. the kids from the entrpenuer ship program will have a license to SELL it. The kids from the building trades classes will have the know how to turn row homes into garden pharmacies in underserved neighborhoods.
this idea isnt crazier than the currnet school system where they throw half of our kids and most of our dropouys into jail?
